Observation

0165(3)(d) -Laundry room door is open, washer and dryer are accessible to children. 0165(4)(c)- Freestanding lamp in living room must be attached or secured to prevent tipping 0165(5)(b) - Outlet to the right of the sink is GFCI but not TR (push in plate is easy to remove), outlet to the left of the sink is GFCI but not TR. This outlet operates other two outlet above the counter and should be changed out to be GFCI and TR or all outlets can be covered with a blank non-removable plate. Outlet in bathroom is TR but not GFCI. All outlets within 6ft of water must be GFCI and TR or covered with a blank plate. 0165(5)(a)- Outlet on kitchen island has swivel TR cover that is no longer working. Push in blank cover plugged into this also doesn't make it TR as it's easy to remove. Outlet in dining room has TR cover that has springs that automatically close it. The springs are not working. Outlet cover is in the open position making the electrical outlet accessible to children. Outlet outside next to sliding glass door isn't tamper resistant.
